INTRODUCTION:

The QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to effectively deliver and evaluate training sessions. This course is ideal for those who are currently working as trainers or those aspiring to enter the field of training and development.

Complete this component and the QQI Level 6 in Training Needs Identification and Design to achieve a QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training and Development.

COURSE CONTENT:

  • Theories of Training and Learning:
    Adult learning principles, Learning styles and preferences.
  • Training Design and Delivery:
    Planning and designing training sessions, materials and resources.
  • Evaluation of Training:
    Tools and techniques for assessing training effectiveness and providing feedback and reporting on training outcomes.
  • Legislation and Best Practices:
    Understanding relevant legislation and standards to ensure inclusive and accessible training environments.

COURSE DELIVERY:

This course is offered in a blended format, the first class takes place on site in Cork College of FET, Bishopstown Campus, the rest of the classes are delivered remotely using live online classes.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants apply online on www.fetchcourses.ie 

CERFL proficiency at B2 for access to Level 6 courses for those whose first language is not English.

Those from outside the EEA or Common Travel Area must provide evidence of Stamp Four status to undertake this course.

This course is fully funded for those in employment, under Skills to Advance.
